With over 25 years of experience in leading global media and entertainment companies, he has been active in both domestic and international markets, responsible for establishing companies in Brazil and driving accelerated business growth. Results-oriented and focused on P&L, he leads strategies for market acquisition and customer loyalty through product development, innovation, go-to-market strategies, growth, new business development, operations, and customer relationship management. Having experience across the entire business lifecycle, he is involved in strategic planning, shareholder and investor relations, market intelligence, consumer trends, and digital transformation, implementing media and entertainment solutions for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C clients, leading teams of up to 400 people. He is currently leading innovation projects as the Director of New Business, Marketing & Affiliates at Grupo Newco, driving the transformation and growth of content distribution on the Group’s streaming platforms across the national market. His experience also includes advisory roles in companies such as TV Alphaville, Maxx TV, and Teresa Peres Group. He is a founding member of the Brazilian Association of Advisory Board Members (ABC3), where he has served on the Crisis Management Committee and is currently part of the ESG Committee. His career includes stints at companies like Engesa, TVA, Disney & ESPN, where he was notable for launching the first HD sports and children’s channels in Brazil and for developing the Brazilian streaming market in its various business models.
